<procdesc>A final QC accuracy test of the extracted buildings was performed comparing the building elevation point to the LiDAR on a 1% subset of the buildings that were not obscurred. The results showed that most of the building points were within 1 foot of the LiDAR data with the exception of the points that fell in the sidelap of the imagery. The points that fell in the sidelap were generally off from the LiDAR data by 2 to 4 feet. This difference in the Z values in some of the sidelap areas is due to aerial triangulation not being performed on the source imagery. IMU data was used to generate the exterior orientation parameters used to set up the stereo models. Whereas the intent of this building dataset is to serve as a planning tool only and not intended to portray accurate Z values, the resultant dataset serves its purpose.</procdesc>

<complete>All addressable buildings were collected within the county boundary using the following photogrametric collection guidelines: Buildings collected have a verifiable address in the counties 911 system Collect all homes, outbuildings, commercial and industrial buildings, mobile homes, stadiums, front offices for RV parks or other structures that receive mail. Do not collect sheds, outbuildings, single car detached garages, RV's or other structures that do not have a mailing address. The exception to this rule is to collect 2 car or larger detached garages at residential buildings.
When a building is obscured by trees, clouds or other buildings, the obscured portions of the building were delineated using best judgment to place the line in a logical position, i.e., cartographic license is used to make this extrapolation. An "obscured" attribute was placed on the polygon otherwise lit was left as &lt;Null&gt;.</complete>
